Algebra 1 and Geoemtry EOC

The option to complete Algebra 1 Honors and Geometry Honors in middle school are available to students who accelerate through middle school. Click here for more details on math progression options.

Both Algebra 1 and Geometry are high school credit courses with an End of Course (EOC) exam. This exam is 30% of the student's overall course exam. Additionally, students must pass the Algebra 1 EOC with a 3 or higher to graduate from high school. For this reason, these courses do not have semester exams. The grade seen in FOCUS at the end of the year is the result of the EOC.

During the year, students will complete Progress Monitoring 1 and 2 through the Progress Learning plaftorm. Click here to learn more about this.
